  There is not a typical Nirvana class.
All of our classes will challenge you, teach you something new, or allow you to go deeper with what is already familiar.
NEW! VINYASA YOGA WEDNESDAYS ::
Energize and rejuvenate with this all level flowing class. Link breath and movement to stretch, strengthen and align the body. Build heat and stamina through flowing sequences. Release the mind and open the heart with this mid-week yoga boost.

NEW! YOU, ME & PATANJALI ::
A study of the Yoga Sutras to deepen your practice. Starts in October.

MEDITATION WITH SUJATHA ::
Sujatha explores the meaning of Bhavana through the principals of Loving Kindness and Mindful Being. Open to anyone seeking a gentle introduction to the practice of meditation. This guided meditation and lively Q&A are safe, fun and thought-provoking.

FUNDAMENTALS ::
For someone new to Yoga or just looking to review the foundation of poses, it begins here. You will stretch
yourself, you will breath your tight areas open, you will be introduced to this ancient and healing practice of
transformation. Beginners mind, no experience needed.
COMMUNITY ::
This popular class is beginning its 7th year. An affordable and fun way to be introduced & practice yoga.
BEGINNER ::
Vinyasa flow is introduced into the practice. Coordinating the poses with the flow of the breath.
New students can begin here.
INTERMEDIATE ::
Vinyasa means "breath synchronized movement". One pose flows into the next, sun salutations, yoga
postures, and breath.
ADVANCED ::
Builds on the intermediate class, pranayama (breath work), meditation and flow.You need 6 months of yoga practice before trying this class.
SLOW FLOW ::
Vinyasa taught at a slower rhythm and pace to allow for going deeper. All levels.

YIN YOGA::
This class consists of floor poses held 3 - 5 minutes, focusing on stretching connective tissue in the hips, spine,pelvis and knees. Strengthens joints and distributes chi (energy) throughout the body.A great counterbalance for "stiff yogis".
