           Nirvana is committed to helping those in need. We encourage you to to pitch in, lend a hand and take up a grassroots cause. Together we can change the world!
           Here are some programs and resources to help you get started. If you have a community program or organization you would like to see added to our list, please
           email us with your suggestion. Someone from the studio may contact you for more details, so be sure to include the best way to reach you.

Community Programs
	We are currently excepting donations of any non-perishable food and dry good items. We especially need paper products; toilet paper, paper towels, etc. For other specific needs, please email Tracy. A collection box is located at the entrance to Nirvana Yoga Studio at 410 E. Main Street in Barrington, IL. Drop-off times coincide with class schedules. 	The Volunteer Center of Northwest Suburban Chicago (TVC) is a valuable resource in Illinois for people looking to volunteer in Northern Cook and Northern DuPage counties. Provides training and consulting to member agencies.
	Nirvana Yoga Studio is proud to be sponsoring Dar, a member of our studio community, in the 2009 Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. For more information about this event, or to make a donation, click here.
Resources
	Starbucks grassroots initiative to raise 1million hours of service. The goal was exceeded and the program continues. Visit the I'm In! campaign and Pledge 5! You can print a coupon for a FREE coffee when you have signed up.
